Nichole Bartlett, daughter or Pam Stark and Mark Bartlett, is the eldest of four children. Nikki is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, which helps anchor her to "Almost Native Texan" status. She is very well-travelled, and her adventures include Scotland, Costa Rica, and Washington, D.C.
Her creative streak extends to all kinds of Do-It-Yourself projects, dancing, and into the kitchen where she enjoys vegetarian cooking and coming up with new and exciting dishes. She also has a passion for kitchen gadgets, being outside, and camping.
